I just moved to Belterra. The dryer exhaust vent on the roof came up on the inspection. I notified Edwin with Altitude and he promptly came out and fixed it at no charge. We appreciate the service even though we were not the owners that paid for new roof. Thanks!

Roof Repair – Driftwood

We’ve called Altitude Roofing out to our new-construction home twice; once for a routine inspection and then a second time after high winds loosened a roof vent. Both times Altitude came out quickly, were straight-forward in their communication, reasonable with their quote, and finished the job promptly. We highly recommend!

Our Facebook Reviews

Edwin Nichols and his team at Altitude Roofing were a huge help when my house got damaged in a storm last year. Dealing with the insurance company took longer than expected (almost a whole year!), but Edwin guided me through the process. He recommended a public adjuster who really had my back and finally got our claim approved.

Edwin stayed in touch from start to finish, even doing emergency repairs on my roof when we needed them while we waited for the claim. Today, I'm thrilled with the new roof they just finished. The crew was quick and professional, finishing it in a day and a half.

Altitude Roofing is a solid choice if you want a reliable team that cares about its customers. Thank you guys!

We are residents of Belterra. Like many other homeowners in our neighborhood, our roof sustained hail damage from a storm in June 2023. We worked with Edwin at Altitude Roofing to inspect and replace the roof and couldn’t be happier with the customer service and the quality of the roof we received. We wanted to leave this review to share our experience.

I just want to give a shout-out to Altitude Roofing for the awesome service he and his team provided us. I reached out to Edwin since he did some maintenance in the spring for us and worked with him seamlessly on getting our roof inspected, worked with our insurance with a quick turnaround in getting supplies, and his crew on the job. Talk about a crew. 15 people showed up and replaced our roof in under two days, cleaned up and left us happy with a new roof. Thank you Edwin and Altitude Roofing!

Our Yelp Reviews

I was privileged to speak directly with the owner, and immediately I felt "at home." Not only did he showcase customer service, but he also showcased his knowledge of roofing and provided on site examples of issues. What made me feel more comfortable is the time to resolve the issues (less than 48hrs). The pricing was fair and I'm extremely satisfied with the service provided.

We live in a home built 4 years ago. We had a major hail storm in June. We saw a number of our neighbors having their roofs replaced.

Edwin answered all my questions concerning my facia and roofing needs.

Edwin made it easy for us. We are pleased with our new roof. If six stars were available we would give seven. Highly recommend. RB & FB
